How Direct Booking Works

Step 1 - Send Your Request

Submit the reservation form with your preferred house and dates. We typically respond within 24 hours with availability and pricing.

Step 2 - Confirm & Reserve

Once confirmed, we'll send a booking confirmation and request a deposit to secure your dates.

Step 3 - Pack Your Bags

You'll receive check-in instructions, house guides, and local tips before you arrive in Vrboska.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due upon arrival. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund of the deposit; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM.

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged on request.

  • Can I book more than one house for a group?

    Yes — House Lara, House Morko, and House Tia are all in Vrboska and can be booked together for larger groups or family gatherings.
